AI for the precision manufacturing floor.
We build and operate the intelligence systems precision manufacturers, distributors, and toolmakers run their business on. Real integrations with the systems of record your team already uses. Approval gates everywhere money moves. No shelf software, no demos that fall apart on contact with your invoice formats.

What we build into manufacturing operations.
Three streams that compound. None of them is a single tool you evaluate; each is an agent surface that lives inside the systems your team already uses.
Operations
The back-office work that costs you four hours a day disappears into your systems of record without a tab switch.
Accounts payable: three-way matching that holds
Invoices land via email or upload, get parsed line by line, and are matched against POs and goods receipts inside the ERP with a configurable tolerance. Clean matches become vouchers on their own; variances, missing receipts, and EUR-denominated invoices route to a clean exception queue. Email to a posted ERP voucher, through the approval gates, in under two minutes.
Accounts receivable: remittances posted in minutes
Checks, payment advice, scanned paper, and spreadsheets are read natively, validated against open invoices, and posted to ERP cash receipts. A multi-hour cycle becomes a verified posting in under two minutes.
Inventory: exception alerts and reorder visibility
Stock-level deltas, reorder-point breaches, and supplier lead-time shifts surface to the people who need to act on them, when they need to act. No daily reports nobody reads.
Commerce
Your customers get their answer at the speed of your catalog, not the speed of your sales queue.
Instant customer quoting
Existing customers get part pricing and availability in under 10 seconds through a chat widget on your site. Standard pricing and availability inquiries deflect; your account managers spend the saved hours on the deals that need a human.
Pricing intelligence on overlapping SKUs
Continuous monitoring of distributor catalogs in your categories. Material price moves on overlapping SKUs trigger same-business-day alerts with quantified margin exposure and recommended response.
Lead-time forecasting for non-stock SKUs
Principal availability, freight calendars, and customs lead times fold into a single forecast your reps can quote against. No more 'I'll call you back' for ordinary parts.
Intelligence
Your CEO reads three sentences on Monday morning and knows what to do this week.
Supplier (principal) monitoring
Direct-to-US moves, distribution-rights changes, new SKU launches, M&A, capacity shifts, EU export-rule changes. Material moves get same-day alerts; everything else rolls into a weekly executive brief.
Market signals: distributor and competitor
Catalog price changes, private-label launches in your categories, promotion campaigns, channel-partner shifts. Filtered through a revenue-impact gate at the collection layer, and vanity metrics never reach the brief.
Weekly executive brief, CEO-grade
Opens with a revenue-impact summary in dollars and percent. Three to five revenue-channel-mapped signals. Named recommended actions. No 'continue to monitor.'

What an engagement actually looks like.
Five operating commitments. Each is something we have done in production for US manufacturers and will do for you, and each is something a shelf-software vendor cannot meet.
- 01
We integrate against your real systems of record, not a demo.
We integrate against the systems of record you actually run, the ERP, database, or wherever your data lives and is written, with a custom connector built per engagement. We have shipped these integrations end-to-end in production and keep expanding what we support; we will share the playbook before we charge for the first one.
- 02
We work against your real invoice formats, not synthetic samples.
Phase one of every engagement is an extraction audit on a thousand of your actual invoices, remittances, and POs. We do not move past phase one until the OCR and classification numbers clear an honest accuracy bar on your data.
- 03
Approval gates everywhere money moves.
Nothing irreversible happens without a human signature. The platform enforces this itself; it is not a feature your accountants have to remember to turn on.
- 04
The runtime is ours; your work stays with you.
The runtime is ours and you do not need to maintain it. The skills, prompts, and configurations that encode how your work runs are yours, version-controlled in your repo or a shared workspace alongside you.
- 05
We are not a shelf-software vendor.
We do not have a free trial. We do not have a self-serve onboarding flow. An engagement starts with a 30-minute conversation, puts a working first version in your hands in about four weeks, and reaches production within eight.
The questions every CFO asks.
If yours is not here, it is on the table for the first conversation.
Which systems can you integrate with?
Any system of record where your data lives and is written, the ERP, a database, a CRM, or otherwise. We build a custom connector per engagement and have shipped these integrations end-to-end in production. Tell us where your data lives; the first conversation is whether we can scope the connector inside the engagement.
How do you handle our document formats: vendor invoices, scanned checks, spreadsheets?
We use multimodal models that read PDFs, scans, and spreadsheets natively, not OCR plus parsing. Phase one of every engagement is an extraction audit on a representative sample of your actual documents; we do not move forward until accuracy clears an honest bar on your data, not on a benchmark.
Where does the data live? What about security and IP?
Document storage, derived data, and audit logs live in your own environment, in a database you control, not in an Antares Intelligence-controlled SaaS. Everything runs in your cloud or ours per engagement; either way, your IP, prompts, and process knowledge are yours and remain so when the engagement ends.
How long until we see production work?
Usually about eight weeks to production. A working first version lands in roughly four weeks; you then get four weeks to test and verify, fully supported by the engineers who built it, before we take it live. We ship behind feature flags and approval gates from day one.
What do you not do?
We do not sell shelf software you set up yourself. We do not replace your accounting or operations team. We do not deploy agents that take irreversible action without a human signature. We do not write briefs that say 'continue to monitor.'
How does pricing work?
A fixed scope per phase, paid in milestones tied to the audit, the first end-to-end loop, and the live integration. After production, a monthly operate fee covers monitoring, tuning, and the next capability. We will not quote a number before we have looked at your work.
Worth 30 minutes if you ship physical things.
The first conversation maps the work to be done, the systems involved, and what an honest first engagement looks like. We will not quote a number before we have seen the actual work.
