We are looking for where the time really goes and where the exceptions really hide, the parts of the job nobody writes down. You get our unvarnished read on the work, grounded in your data, not in assumptions.

Advise
Week 2We come back with a sequenced plan and an honest forecast: what to build now, what to defer, what not to attempt.
We name the agent surfaces in priority order, with an honest forecast for each: what we are confident will work, what we are not, and the spots where the engineering work is heavier than it looks. The one that earns its cost on day one goes first.
You leave with a clear decision: which surfaces to build now, which to defer, and which not to attempt. No surface earns a place by sounding impressive; it earns it by mapping to time or money you can name.

Build
Weeks 3 – 4We integrate against your real systems and put a working first version in your hands within four weeks.
We integrate against your actual systems of record, the ERP or database or wherever your data lives and is written, and the actual document formats, not a sandbox, not a benchmark dataset. Code lives in your repository or a shared workspace alongside you; everything runs on the platform we built. A working first version is in your hands within four weeks.
Behind feature flags from day one. Behind approval gates from day one. Daily standups during this phase; the engineers building the system are the engineers you talk to.

Test and iterate
Weeks 5 – 8You test and verify against real volume for four weeks, fully supported, while we tune and fix in the same week.
You put the working version through its paces against real volume, on your terms. We ship to production a sleeve at a time (first batch, first vendor, first department) so nothing irreversible rides on an unproven surface, and the system earns the right to the whole of it.
Our engineers sit beside you the entire time: every gap you find is tuned or fixed in the same week, not added to a backlog. Four weeks of testing and verification, fully supported, until the surface clears your acceptance bar.
What you leave with- Four weeks of hands-on testing, fully supported by the build team.

Operate
Week 8, ongoingWe take the platform live in production by week eight. From there, operating it is optional, and there is no subscription either way.
The platform goes live in production within eight weeks, and there is no subscription and no recurring fee, because you paid to build it, not to rent it. From there, operating it is optional. For as long as it helps, we run it for you, monitoring the queues, tuning thresholds against real volume, shipping the next capability, and owning the pager when production wobbles. The day you want to run it in-house, you can. Your team does not file a ticket against an AI feature; they ping the engineers who built it.
Quarterly reviews focus on what to build next, based on observed friction in the queues, not on a roadmap drafted in advance. The system grows around your business; the business does not contort around the system.
What you leave with- No subscription and no recurring fee: you pay for the build, not a forever bill.

The first thing the customer reads on a Monday morning is the entire face of Antares Intelligence to them. We do not have a tier of work below that bar.
Truth over convenience.
A 'no material signal this week' brief is correct and welcome. A thin or fabricated one is fraud. If a source did not load, the brief says so.
Provenance mandatory.
Every claim cites: source URL, source artifact date, agent observation timestamp, classification rationale. Auditable, end to end.
Approval gates default on.
Nothing irreversible happens in your name without a human signature. The runtime enforces this at the tool-call boundary; your operators do not have to remember to turn it on.
Revenue-impact only, never vanity.
Signals earn their place by mapping to a revenue thesis articulable in one sentence. 'Continue to monitor' is not a recommended action.
